Our son's teeth were a mess before we brought him to Harner. Now he has the most beautiful smile and is diligent about wearing his retainers at night.

Great location. Friendly staff. Very spacious rooms. The kids can see each other getting worked on so I believe it calms them down and makes them feel like they are part of something. Also, the staff and the Orthodontist explain everything in excellent detail.

Dr. Harner and his staff are amazing! Both my teenagers went to Harner Orthodontics for their braces and we were all extremely impressed by the entire experience but more importantly the smiles my girls have now thanks to Dr. Harner and his expertise. I highly recommend Harner Orthodontics and we will be back as soon as my son is ready for braces!

Harner Orthodontics is absolutely phenomenal! Dr. Harner is truly exceptional — his professionalism, expertise, and genuine care shine through at every appointment. He takes the time to explain treatment options thoroughly and makes sure both kids and parents feel confident and comfortable with every step. The transformations he achieves are incredible — you can see his passion and precision in every smile he helps create. The entire office team is warm, efficient, and so friendly. Appointments always run smoothly, and the atmosphere is welcoming and upbeat, which makes a huge difference for kids going through orthodontic treatment. We feel so lucky to be in Dr. Harner’s care. If you’re looking for an orthodontist who goes above and beyond and delivers outstanding results, Harner Orthodontics is the best of the best! Highly recommend! 😁✨

I went to Dr. Harner because I heard about him through a family friend and was told he would take great care of me. I was looking for an orthodontist to help me through my jaw surgery/braces and he was incredible. My expectations were more than met with his charismatic personality and attention to detail in his work. Whenever I had a question he took the time to explain and walked me through everything. My surgeon even talked very highly of him because of how accommodating he was. I continue to recommend friends and family to his office because I truly believe he’s the best in Huntington Beach!!
